Writing your emotion is a great way to relieve your self from stress in your work and in your daily life. But did you know that writing has another secret motive? technically, Writing or storytelling create a huge impact on our psychology and behavior. It is the first main reason why we tell stories or why we write stories about our daily lives or even main reason why we post bragging statuses on Facebook. We share information about our experience to have this feeling of affirmation or confidence and validation from the people around us.

Certainly, each of us have done this. each of us in our life have shared anecdote about our broken hearts to heal and have the comfort from the people that we trusts. For an instance, radio programs like Papa Jack share this healing element to capture and captivate the people who share the same sentiments with their callers who seeks motivation in their lowest situation. Moreover, in the radio program TTS or Time To Share of Daniel Pa-Dila of 93.9 iFM Manila believes that problems shouldn't be kept nor suffered but shared.

Miss Columbia called Miss Philippines, Thief

LAS VEGAS -After the confusions and disarray in the Miss Universe 2015, various violent and positive reactions from  from  netizens bursts in social media.

 Subsequently, Adriadna Gutierrez Arevalo from Columbia posted this photo on her Facebook page with the caption of accusation against Pia Alonzo Wurzbach from Philippines, Que Robo which means “The Thief”.

Because of the mistakenly announced wrong winner, the Miss Universe 2015 crown was force to remove from Ariadna Gutierrez Arevalo and give it to Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.

On the other-hand, Miss Columbia, posted a video on her Facebook page stating that "Everything Happens for a purpose" and that statement brings the best quality of a real beauty queen.

Where do broken hearts go for real?

The film “That thing called Tadhana” have captured great spots for broken hearts for mend their wounds. It had exposed the promising and exciting aesthetic pleasure of Baguio, Saga, Rome and Italy but the list for places to go is not limited on this movie.

In the southern part of the Metro, you can fall in love with the 7 wonder falls of Mt. Romelo in Sinoloan, Famy, Laguna and have a sun kissed skin in the beautiful beaches and sand bar islands of Padre Burgos and Pagbilao, Quezon.

On the other hand, if you want an island hopping trip, I suggest that you should try to go in the Bilaran Island. It is a sand bar Island that only exists on low tide. The best time to go here is beyond 3pm and before 6pm so you could enjoy the astonishing beauty of sunset.

If you are not a fan of beach and you prefer an intimate nature experience, I recommend you to go in Sinoloan, Famy, Laguna. This Province is famous for its summer destination like Pagsanghan and Enchanted Kingdom (for kids at least and young at heart) but, try to discover the hidden paradise of Mt. Romelo with its 7 wonder falls.

Buruwisan Falls, Lanzones Falls and Sampaloc Falls are samples of these Falls that you can find in the heart of the mountain. You can reach these falls though trekking or you could rent a horse for 300 Php with a tour guide that can help you from being lost in the lushness of the forest.

These destinations are accessible because you can reach there just for 3 hours of travel from Manila. Hence, you can experience an adventurous and exceptional summer getaway to heal your broken heart or to find your inner peace and soul.

Leaving college and stepping into the “real-world” is one of the toughest things that a person could encounter on his whole life.

 You probably have this problem but how did you face it? After college, the next thing to consider is your career. For sure, you have said these things to yourself; “maybe I’m not yet ready? May be I’m not yet equipped to face the real-world and I need to study more and so I need to pursue my master’s degree and doctor’s degree to be prepared to the real world?” don’t worry it is normal.

Second thing, give them your best shot but be sure that you always have that best shot in your pocket ‘cause they will try to shake your walls and test you. If you are really unlucky and you got some flaws and your hands kept on chilling and you stutter your words, you got to have a deep breathe. Calm yourself down. Stop from thinking too much and just enjoy the moment. Remember life is not about how high is your attainments but how your attainments made you feel? Life is about enjoying yourself to death.

 If you tried everything to get your most ideal job just always keep that dream on your mind. Never lose your hopes. This might not be the perfect time or place or might not be the best job for you because you deserved something special, something better than what your mind can imagine, something that would bring endless joy to your life. Remember that joy is expensive. It is something that money can’t buy.
